Why coastal glass needs more than a spray
Salt spray dries on the glass and etches it over time, and the haze you see is mineral, not grime — it will not come off with a spray bottle or a squeegee alone. We use a dedicated mineral remover on the spotted panes, then squeegee and protect the glass with a rinse aid so the salt does not re-bond right away. Before cleaning, we inspect the glass, frames, sills, and surrounding areas to identify dirt buildup, pollen, cobwebs, hard-water spots, and other debris that may need extra attention.

We use our water-fed brush to gently loosen and remove dirt, dust, pollen, cobwebs, and buildup from the glass, frames, and edges of the window.
- 3Scrub the Glass
The brush is worked across the entire surface of the window to break up stubborn grime and lift contaminants from the glass. Extra attention is given to corners, edges, and areas where dirt tends to collect.
- 4Rinse With Pure Water
Once the window has been thoroughly scrubbed, we rinse the entire surface with purified water. The rinse removes the loosened dirt and cleaning residue from the glass, leaving the surface completely wet and clean.
- 5Let It Dry Naturally
The purified water is left to dry naturally on the glass. Because minerals have been removed from the water, it dries without leaving the mineral spots or residue normally associated with tap water, leaving your windows clean and clear.
